Annual Admin Fee helps to cover all the misc expenses that go into running a studio and continuing to provide wonderful lessons and opportunities.  The annual fee does not cover all of these but helps to keep the studio running.

We appreciate your understanding in the matter and are more than happy to additionally accept donations of

Kleenex, copy paper, hand sanitizer, and disinfecting wipes.

• Answering student/parent questions outside of lesson time
• Insurance required by both studio and venues for performances
• Performance expenses (staff payroll, venue rent, misc service and rental fees required)
• Staff background checks
• Continuing professional development of teaching skills through teacher training

• Organizing recordings for student performance auditions
• Planning hours for performances
• Teacher and staff hours rehearsals and during performances
• Team meetings to improve student experiences
• Investment in instruments and sound gear as well as continuous repairs/replacements as needed

• Classroom supplies: dry erase boards/markers, headphones etc. and student incentives such as sticker charts, stickers, and prizes
• License fees: Piano Meastro iPad app available to all students and Keynotes license
• Subscriptions for music writing software and student communication app

• Employee 1 paid week off for summer break
